Therapeutic Massage
Massage and bodywork are more than a set of techniques—they’re an opportunity to connect with your body. Each session combines hands-on work and movement-based approaches to treat areas of tension, restriction, and discomfort while supporting healthier movement patterns.
-
Deep Tissue Massage – Focuses on the deeper layers of muscles.
Myofascial Release – Using a slow firm pressure to lift and glide through the tissue to release adhered fascia.
Intraoral Massage - Working inside the mouth to release deep jaw tension around the TMJ.
Scar Tissue - Using a precise and gentle pressure to treat surgical scars. This helps bring lymph and blood in the thickness of the scar tissue. This can blend with the natural color of the skin tone.
Swedish / Relaxation Massage - Gentle pressure and soft strokes to reduce tension, promote relaxation, and support overall wellness.
