    • Q: Do you take insurance?

    • A: Not at this location. This is out of pocket only. If you have Premera or Aetna I can direct you to another clinic I work for that accepts both.

    • Q: How many massages do I need?

    • A: This will vary based on how your body responds. I’ll recommend an amount of sessions based on your goals after the session.

    • Q: Why do I feel sore the next day after a massage?

    • A: This is perfectly normal after a massage- especially after deeper work. This can last up to 2 days after the session. Make sure you hydrate and take a rest day!

    • Q: How can I make the benefits last longer?

    • A: Stay hydrated, light stretching, be mindful of posture, avoid strenuous activity, take a rest day, and schedule a follow up massage. Consistency is key!

    • Q: What’s The Farthest You’re Willing To Drive for home visits?

    • A: The farthest I go North is Everett. East: Bellevue, Kirkland Bothell. South: Downtown, Capitol Hill. West: Magnolia.

If you’re further out, contact me and we can discuss the logistics. Price will increase for longer commutes.

    • Q: How do I schedule a home visit?

    • A: Click the ‘Contact’ icon and send me an email with a date, time, and location of the massage. I’ll reply within 24 hours with availability. The cost will be higher depending on commute times. Once we agree on everything I’ll send you confirmation via email and text.

    • Q: How do I book at your Studio?

    • A: Starting January 1, 2026 I’ll be practicing out of my private studio. You can now make appointments online. If you have any questions please reach out.

  • If you need to cancel your massage, please give at least 24 hours notice prior to the massage (preferably earlier).

There is a 50% charge for same day cancellations.

    • Payment is due at the time of service.

    • If you would like to pay prior to the massage, you may do that as well.

    • I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, debit and credit cards. (There is 3% charge for credit cards)

    • If you’ve recently sustained an injury, please go to the nearest hospital or clinic to be treated by a Nurse or Physician.

    • ‍Massage can make an acute injury WORSE! Seek treatment at a clinic or hospital first.

    • Once you’ve been cleared for massage, then we can get you back on the schedule.

    • Don’t eat a heavy meal 90 minutes prior to the massage as it can stimulate digestion which leads to a bathroom break mid session. A light snack is ok.

    • Adding to the above, recommend to use the bathroom before the session.

    • Please put your phone on silent.

  • Masks are optional. If you prefer I wear a mask, I will gladly accommodate.

If you have tested positive for Covid 19 in the past week or experiencing any coughing, sneezing, nausea, fever -- We will have to reschedule.

Thank you for understanding as this will ensure our wellness and safety.
