Swedish Massage - Relaxing, gentle strokes to improve circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage - Focuses on deeper layers of muscle by increasing pressure within your tolerance.
NMT/PNF (Neuromuscular Therapy / Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) - Targets specific muscles to regain stability, strength, and range of motion.
Trigger Point Therapy - Targets tender areas that refer pain to a proximal or distal area of the body.
Sports Massage - A faster more upbeat style of treatment. This is a mix of deep tissue, mobility, and PNF techniques helping athletes address weak areas to improve strength and recovery.
Myofascial Release - Using a slow firm pressure to lift and glide through the tissue to release any stuck fascia surrounding a particular organ to improve mobility.
Abdominal/Diaphragm Massage - Using gentle pressure we free up the tissue around the organs of the abdomen along with the edges of the diaphragm. This creates more room for the stomach to expand helping take pressure off the back, aid in digestion and breathing.
Bindegewebsmassage (CTM) - A German style of massage traditionally done seated. We gently trace around the dermatomes of your back and upper chest. Helpful for those suffering from migraines, asthma, menstrual cramps, and visceral fascia release.
Precision Treatment - Adhesive scar tissue can build up in areas like tendons and ligaments following an injury. This detailed approach helps supply more blood and lymph, thus restoring circulation to the affected area while decreasing pain.
-
Cupping Therapy – Decompresses soft tissue to promote circulation and muscle relaxation. ($15 extra)
Gua Sha (Scraping Therapy) – Reduces tension by breaking up fascial adhesions. ($15 extra)

Meet Your Practitioner!
Photos created by: Seattle based photographer Jamison Weeks.
I discovered massage as a spiritual calling to help those in pain, bring peace to the body, regain balance, and regain quality of life.
I worked in a warehouse for 8 years until I decided to pursue something more meaningful. I still wanted to work with my hands, but without breaking my back in a more peaceful environment.
That's when the idea of massage was born.
Shortly after graduating Washington Spa Academy in 2023, I got my first LMT job at a chiropractic clinic.
During that time I spent most weekends attending various bodywork classes learning from the best bodyworkers in the Seattle area. Many of them I continue to learn from. To this day I’m still in awe of what the body is capable of!
I've dedicated the rest of this lifetime to expanding my knowledge and seeing what other techniques can be applied within my scope of practice.
My massages are often described as targeted and therapeutic. While I was trained in Swedish massage, I like to add more to the mix.
Anything from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Bindegewebsmassage (CTM), Abdominal work, Structural Integration, Joint mobilization (these are gentle and not to be confused with chiropractic adjustments). These techniques in concert with a Swedish massage add to the overall benefits of the massage itself. A more targeted outcome and result specific to clients needs.
When it comes to chronic pain or tension, we tend to find ourselves in a ‘holding pattern’. An example would be a raised shoulder, forward neck, or a pelvic tilt. This can be a result of a past injury, new job, habit, hobby, etc. The affected muscle(s) aren’t functioning properly, they eventually become weak leading to a compensatory pattern which cause imbalances in our posture and movement.
Some of these patterns can even stem from trauma dating back to childhood.
Our brain tells us it's safe to keep that shoulder elevated, but the pain persists. One of my goals is to help take the brain's fear of pain away through active movements and reeducating the muscle(s) to guide them closer to where they should be.
Our bodies hold the power to change. We can encourage that change.
Through bodywork, movement re-education, awareness, and reestablishing the mind muscle connection we create an opportunity for the body to move freely and properly, thus restoring balance.
I give my clients customized treatment that creates longer lasting relief. With that are some home stretches to ensure that you are comfortable and aware of your body as we take on this journey together.

FAQ’s
-
Q: Do you have a space or are these just home visits?
A: These are home visits. I pack everything and come to you. I provide the massage table and sheets. All you have to do is relax.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: While I am credentialed with Aetna and Premera- that is ONLY at my place of work. Send me an email and I’ll give you info for the clinic. My private practice is cash based only. I can provide you with a superbill at the end of the session for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Q: How many massages do I need?
A: This will vary based on how your body responds. I’ll recommend an amount of sessions based on your goals after the session.
Q: Why do I feel sore the next day after a massage?
A: This is perfectly normal after a massage- especially after deeper detailed work. This can last up to 2 days after the session. Make sure you hydrate and take a rest day!
Q: How can I make the benefits last longer?
A: Stay hydrated, stretch, move your body within your comfort, be mindful of posture, and avoid strenuous activity.
Q: What’s The Farthest You’re Willing To Drive?
A: The farthest I go North is Everett. East: Bellevue, Kirkland Bothell. South: Downtown, Capitol Hill. West: Magnolia.
If you’re further out, contact me and we can discuss the logistics. Price will increase for longer commutes.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Click the ‘Contact’ or ‘Make an Appointment’ icon and send me an email with a date, time, and location of the massage. I’ll reply within 24 hours with availability. Once we agree on everything I’ll send you confirmation via email and text. After that, you’re set!

If you need to cancel your massage, please give at least 24 hours notice (preferably earlier).
There is a 50% charge for late cancellations.
-
Please note that if you have tested positive for Covid 19 in the past week or experiencing any coughing, sneezing, nausea, fever, etc.- we will have to reschedule.
Masks are optional. If you prefer I wear a mask, I will gladly accommodate.
Thank you for understanding as this will ensure our wellness and safety.
-
If you’ve recently sustained an injury, please go to the nearest hospital or clinic to be treated by a Nurse or Physician.
Massage can make an acute injury WORSE!
Once you’ve been treated and cleared for massage, then I can treat you.
-
If you have pets, please make sure they are not in the same room where the massage is taking place.
While a living room is a good open space, the privacy of a closed room is better. There will be less foot traffic.
It’s important to have enough space for both the table and myself so I can move around freely.
Please silence your phone before the session as it can be very disruptive and startling.

Payment is due at the time of service. Shortly after the massage is complete.
If you would like to pay prior to the massage, you may do that as well.
I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle.
